Margy Mommertz

Margy Mommertz is a senior executive search and people leadership professional with more than 30 years of experience across the UAE and wider Middle East, spanning hospitality, investment, financial services, real estate and professional services.

She began her career with Kingdom Hotel Investments before moving into executive search, where she established and led Madison Mayfair Hospitality Search in the UAE, specialising in senior appointments across the hospitality sector.

Her career subsequently evolved across both executive search and senior HR leadership, giving her a unique understanding of the market from both the client and candidate perspective. She has held senior leadership roles with organisations including Arthur D. Little, OCS Group, Equitativa, Lootah Holding and Al Fardan Exchange, alongside building her own executive search and people advisory businesses.

Margy has worked closely with CEOs, boards, founders and senior leadership teams on executive appointments, organisational transformation, succession and talent strategy.

She brings together executive search expertise, commercial understanding and extensive regional networks to identify leaders who are exceptional in capability and aligned to an organisation’s culture and future ambitions. Margy is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (UK) in Human Resources Management.
