Leanne Reddie is an accomplished global hotel executive and commercial leader with over 25 years of experience spanning luxury hotels, resorts, airlines and branded residences. She has held senior leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected aviation and hospitality groups including Emirates, Jumeirah, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and Chedi Hospitality (GHM).
 
Throughout her career, Leanne has successfully driven commercial strategy, brand development, and portfolio performance across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, China, and Asia Pacific. Her expertise covers sales and marketing, revenue optimisation, digital transformation, distribution, and product innovation - always with a focus on delivering sustainable growth and strengthening stakeholder value.
 
A recognised industry voice, Leanne has spoken at leading hospitality, tourism, and technology forums across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. She holds an MBA from Murdoch University, a Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University and completed the Chief Strategy Officer Program at the National University of Singapore.
