Francisco has developed the core of his career in the hotel sector, gaining both financial and operational experience through roles in specialized consulting, Asset Management, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for hotel operators.

He was involved in the definition and implementation of digital tools to improve internal processes for large hotel groups as a consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), where he focused on Property Management Systems (PMS) and operational workflows. He also oversaw the performance of a portfolio while working in Asset Management at Hotel Investment Partners (HIP). His background further includes Financial Planning and Analysis at Radisson Hotel Group.

Prior to his focus on the hospitality industry, Francisco worked as a consultant contributing to business IT transformation projects across various markets in Africa and the Middle East.

He holds a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Business Administration from Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and has completed specialized industry programs including: Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management at Cornell University, the Certified Hotel Valuer (CHV) program from the International Association of Hotel Appraisers, and the Advanced Programme in Real Estate & Hospitality at IE University.
